Here at the PA Art Conservatory we are proud to offer frame restoration as
one of our services. We specialize in antique frames but are also knowledgeable
in the restoration of contemporary frames. Our experts are trained in gilting,
reconstruction, reinforcement, carving and gesso repair. As in our other
departments our frame restorers are experts in their field and their final
products illustrate their mission to return the frames to their original condition.
Our experts do everything from molding and replacing decorative ornaments,to
replacing whole sections of the frame. Our restored frames are so well executed
that the repairs are unnoticeable, thus making the frame itself a work of art.
